New vertical sign on building at South & Glen: REALIZE Brokers

Downtown Glens Falls has a prominent new vertical sign at the corner of South and Glen Streets, courtesy of Realize Brokers.

The real estate firm, founded in June 2020, is a partnership of 2012 Queensbury High School grad Nicholas Ketter and 2013 Glens Falls grad Spencer Bray.

Glens Falls Wrestling beats Queensbury: First time since 1973

Wrestling Coach Dan Perry said his Glens Falls Varsity Wrestling team beat Queensbury Thursday for the first time since 1973, in dramatic fashion, 39-36.

Coach Perry said pins by Glens Falls’s Eli Johnson (160 pounds) and Skyler Sturdevant (172) kept the match close. A pin by Queensbury’s Scott Miller (189) set up a climactic final bout.

Kusnierz faulted & defends County not enforcing NY mask mandate

Saratoga County’s decision not to enforce New York State’s new Covid mask mandate was criticized by a supervisor from Saratoga Springs and defended by Todd Kusnierz, the Moreau Town Supervisor who chairs the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors.
