The Mill owners buy 14 Hudson

The developers and investors who bought The Mill apartment complex in downtown Glens Falls in 2017 have purchased Sonny Bonacio’s 14 Hudson mixed-use building across the street, The Chronicle has learned.

Younger Kenny buys Georgian for $8.5-million

Dave S. Kenny, son of outlet mall developer and hotel owner Dave J. Kenny, and his wife Erin have bought the 158-room Georgian Lakeside Resort in Lake George for $8.5-million from New York City investors, confirms attorney Jon Lapper.

John Herlihy left $2.2-million each to GF Hospital & Crandall Library

Lifelong Glens Falls resident and attorney John Herlihy has left $2.2-million to Glens Falls Hospital and $2.2-million to Crandall Public Library.

Mr. Herlihy, who died in July 2019, and his late wife, Jeanne Ellsworth Herlihy, were Glens Falls natives and St. Mary’s Academy graduates, said the press release from the hospital and the library.
