Rozell Industries: Year 35 for Queensbury full-service contractor.

Rozell Industries, celebrating its 35th anniverary, is a full-service general and mechanical engineering firm based near Warren County Airport that employs more than 200 people.

Jen Rozell Whalen, 37, and Tiarra Rozell Guidon, 32, are both officers of Rozell Industries and Rozell East, the business started 35 years ago by their late grandfather Peter Rozell Sr.

42 restaurants signed up for Kiwanis Taste of the North Country, Oct. 2

Chronicle Managing Editor Cathy DeDe writes: “We are closing in on full,” says Jerrod Ogden, organizer of the Glens Falls Kiwanis Club’s 24th annual Taste of the North Country food festival on Sunday, Oct. 2, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in City Park, downtown Glens Falls.

A preliminary: Smith & Wilson vie next Tuesday for Family Court Judge ballot lines

The main event is on November 8, but Warren County Family Court Judge candidates Ted Wilson and Rob Smith square off on Tuesday, Sept. 13, in a primary that will determine which candidate has the Independence and Reform Party lines.
