237 graduates, commencement at Cool Arena


South Glens Falls expects 237 students to graduate in commencement exercises, Thursday, June 27, at 7 p.m. at the Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls. Tickets are not required.

The School District selected two students to speak.

• Elena Kennedy, child of Karen and Edward Kennedy, is President of the Class of 2024. Elena will attend Grove City College for mechanical engineering.

Meet the 24 Hudson Falls Honors Grads:

Valedictorian Lucy Ray, daughter of Brandie and Kenneth Ray Jr., will major in psychology at SUNY Geneseo. Lucy completed a 3-year independent study in the Science Research Course. Kru Coffee eyes Tech Meadows

Chronicle Staff Writer Ben Westcott reports: Kru Coffee owner Kyle Brock, a Lake George-area native, is in discussions to build a coffee processing facility at Tech Meadows, the Glens Falls industrial park west of the West Glens Falls Firehouse at Veterans Road.
