Dr. Robert Hunnicutt plans Animal Hospital on Bay in Queensbury

FIRST IN THE CHRONICLE: Zander Frost & Ben Westcott Report: Dr. Robert Hunnicutt seeks to open Bay Road Animal Hospital at 319 Bay Road in Queensbury.
 
Dr. Hunnicutt purchased the property. His plans go before the Queensbury Planning Board in December.
 
The unoccupied building was most recently Convenient Medical Care and was built originally as Stan’s Seafood.

Lights to light on Nov. 22 at Paul Smith’s house, Clayton Ave., Glens Falls

Chronicle Managing Editor Cathy DeDe writes: Friday evening, Nov. 22, Paul Smith will flip the switch to “on” for the massive light display and interactive attraction at his house on Clayton Avenue, Glens Falls, behind the high school football field.

Santa will be there from 5 to 8 p.m.

Ronald McDonald CFO fired; charged with defacing Trump signs

Michael Coleman, 59, was fired as the Chief Financial Officer of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region “after allegedly defacing a Donald Trump campaign sign with swastikas in October,” The Albany Times-Union reported Tuesday.

It acknowledged that Schenectady’s Daily Gazette broke the story initially.

The TU said, “Delanson Mayor Gayle Gifford alerted the Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office to the alleged vandalism…” Mr. Coleman faces misdemeanor charges.
