Makeover at Massie’s

To merge or not to merge? FE, SGF schools face decision

The South Glens Falls and Fort Edward school boards will meet together with their consultant on Wednesday, Sept. 30, in a significant step in considering possible annexation of the Fort Edward school by the South Glens Falls district. The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Ballard Road BOCES in Gansevoort.

Myott: There will be a South High Marathon Dance ‘in some form’

Crandall Park tennis & pickleball courts open; event on Oct. 1

Chronicle Managing Editor Cathy DeDe writes: A Grand Opening for the new tennis, pickleball and basketball courts in Crandall Park, Glens Falls, is scheduled on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 1:30 p.m.

The pickleball and tennis courts are already open and being used.

Hours are daily until the lights go off at 10 p.m., Crandall Park Beautification Committee president Elizabeth Little Hogan told The Chronicle.
