Judith Mysliborski, a retired Albany dermatologist who lives in Voorheesville near Albany can’t remember when she started collecting kaleidoscopes, but she recalls the first one she ever had.

Schermerhorn: My offer doesn’t accept hockey & Global contracts but pledges to keep it an arena

Developer Rich Schermerhorn told The Chronicle Tuesday that his $750,000 offer to buy the Glens Falls Civic Center remains in place, but that it doesn’t meet the city’s requirement to honor existing contracts with the Calgary Flames hockey team and building operator Global Spectrum.

Krogmann tosses GF school lawsuit on Finch’s taxes

State Supreme Court Judge David Krogmann Monday threw out the Glens Falls City School District’s lawsuit seeking a larger share of school taxes paid by Finch Paper.
