CHRONICLE FIRST: Foothills Builders is proposing ‘The Lofts on Warren’ – a four-story 60 apartment/mixed used project at 109 and 115-117 Warren Street. It will go before the Glens Falls Planning Board on March 5.
The project is “seeking sketch plan review and approval for construction of a new mixed use commercial building with 21,235 sq. ft. of commercial space on the first floor and a total of 60 apartment units on the upper three floors of the building,” submitted documents said.

The site was once home to the Daly Chrysler car dealership.
Foothills Builders is a local firm owned by father and son Joe Leuci. Foothills Builders is currently finishing a mixed use building on Main Street east of Exit 18 in Queensbury, and is proposing to redevelop townhomes on the Mead’s Nursery property on Ridge Road also in Queensbury.
